I am Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Department of Corporate Management, School of Economics and Management, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. My research work has been published regularly in premier management journals such as Management and Organization Review, Journal of Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Business Strategy and the Environment, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment Management, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
